- AUGUST 2009 - Derron Steenbergen, Vice President/Regional Manager, spoke to the 2008 Leadership class of the Glasgow/Barren County Chamber of Commerce about the opportunities on careers in broadcasting.
- SEPTEMBER 2009 – Participated in a Job Fair hosted by the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce.
- NOVEMBER 2009 - Derron Steenbergen, Vice President/Regional Manager, spoke to a Broadcasting class at Western Kentucky University and discussed partnership opportunities to Co-op with our company.
- DECEMBER 2009 - Derron Steenbergen, Vice President/Regional Manager, spoke to a group of high school students at the Barren Co. High School about the opportunities in the Broadcasting industry.
- Community partner in the Co-op/Intern Program at the Barren County Area Technology Center. We consistently accept student interns who are interested in radio.
- Worked in conjunction with the APES – American Private Enterprise System, offering tours of our facility and to learn more about employment opportunities in radio.
- Steve Newberry, President and CEO conducted tours of our facility and spoke about career opportunities in Broadcasting with 40 High School students from Hart County, Caverna, Glasgow and Barren County.
- Partnered with Barren Co. High School Broadcasting Club.
