You want to know how you can join the fight against heart disease and stroke? The Barren County Heart Walk & 5k Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 15th at Beaver Creek Trail in Glasgow, just off of Beaver Trail Road. The program will start at 8:00 am CST with one of two live bands playing, starting with The Kentucky Blues Association, with the Walk & 5k Run starting around 9:00 am CST. All funds from this event go to the American Heart Association to continue research, public & professional education, & advocacy.
